Refund policy

Each CREATASPARK piece is produced intentionally and on demand to maintain quality and reduce waste.

Due to the limited-release and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@creataspark.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color variation due to screen differences 
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
