MERCHANDISE

Our merchandise is original and unique designed by the CREATASPARK team.

Most of our products are unisex sizing where noted. Some color variations may not be available in certain categories. 

If we are out of stock on a particular color or size it will be noted on the product description page as unavailable.

PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are in U.S. dollars. All major forms of payment are accepted.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Please allow one to three days production time for your order to ship as our products are produced at time of order at our warehouse. During peak holiday season, production and delivery times may be longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location of delivery and the weight and dimensions of your order. 

Shipping options at checkout include: 

Economy: 5-8 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse. 

Standard: 3-4 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse. 

Express: 1- 2 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse.

Please note, in some instances multiple items purchased may ship separately.

Order confirmation email and or text will be received upon completing checkout.

Tracking numbers will be provided using the communication method chosen at checkout via text or email once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

All sales are final. 

Merchandise replacement will only be considered in cases of a damaged product or manufacturing error.

Please notify our team at info@creataspark.com within 2 days of receipt of merchandise for further review. In order to properly review your request timely, please send required photos of merchandise with measurements, if applicable for investigation.

Merchandise replacement, if approved will be for the same color, size, and product. No substitutions will be allowed.

Please refer to the sizing measurement guides listed in each product description for your preferred fit.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you special product offers in which you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
