PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are in U.S. dollars. All major forms of payment are accepted.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We ship worldwide to select countries. All orders are produced on-demand to maintain quality and reduce waste.

PRODUCTION TIME

Because every piece is created on demand, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be produced and before it ships. Production times may extend slightly during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

We proudly ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated delivery window once shipped: 

U.S. Standard: 6-10 business 

U.S Express: 3-6 business days 

International Standard: 7-14 business days

International Priority: 5-10 business days 

Note: Some items in your order may ship separately depending on availability and production flow.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited-release nature of our pieces and production no returns or exchanges are allowed.

All sales are final.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Merchandise replacement will only be considered in cases of a damaged product or manufacturing error.

Please notify our team at info@creataspark.com within 2 days of receipt of receiving your order for review. To properly assess your request, required photos of the merchandise, including the issue and any relevant measurements must be provided. 

If replacement, if approved will be for the same color, size, and product. No substitutions will be allowed.

Please refer to the sizing measurement guides listed in each product description for your preferred fit.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources.
