Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text message.

Please allow one to three days production time (excluding national holidays and weekends) for your order to ship as our products are produced at time of order at our warehouse.

Please note, in some instances multiple items purchased may ship separately.

During peak holiday season, production and delivery times may be longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location of delivery and the weight and dimensions of your order. 

Shipping options at checkout include: 

Economy: 5-8 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse. 

Standard: 3-4 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse. 

Express: 1- 2 business days to deliver once item has shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking numbers will be provided using the communication method chosen at checkout via text or email once your order has been shipped.

 To ensure your package arrives on time, please check that your address is entered correctly before submitting order. 

CREATASPARK is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or misplaced packages. 

Once a package has left our warehouse, delivery is the responsibility of the mail carrier.
