Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, European Union member states, and South Africa.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, it means shipping is not yet enabled there. We’re expanding soon.
Production Time
All orders are produced after purchase. Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production before your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard: 7– 10 business days excluding production times
- Express: 3-5 business days excluding production times
International
- Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs & Duties
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and shipping method.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CREATASPARK is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
Tracking & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. You’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS to follow your order’s journey. If any issues arise, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
